Sunday morning Mindfulness and Meditation
Take some quality time out for yourself to start your day with calm and ease. Join us for a peaceful, serene and rejuvenating morning of mindfulness and meditation.
Practices include gentle guided meditation, Somatic movement to release stress and tension and mindfulness practices to bring into the week ahead. No experience necessary.
