Everyday Mindfulness - Incorporating Mindfulness into your Everyday Life for Calm and Well-Being
This 4 week programme aims to provide participants with the necessary support and guidance to easily integrate Mindfulness into their daily life from the beginning.
Included in this programme are weekly handouts, audio meditations, the option to join a 30 minute online meditation practice once a week and now a new addition to this programme, a 30 minute private session.

Recognising and managing stress with mindfulness.
Understanding the impact of chronic stress in the body and how Mindfulness can help
Exploring additional daily Mindfulness practices to reduce stress and increase calm and well-being

Week Three - Managing Thoughts and Emotions
Noticing our Inner Critic and cultivating self-compassion
Emotional regulation
Utilising the RAIN Meditation to skilfully respond to difficult emotions.
Mindful listening
Week Four - Building Resilience
Building resilience trough Mindfulness practices
Mindful Communication - how we communicate with ourselves and others
Techniques for Mindful Listening and cultivating Mindful communication
Reflection and setting a personal plan for continued practice
Each week builds on the previous week and the experience of daily Mindfulness grows. And of course we have some fun along the way!
Dates: Tuesday evenings October 3rd - October 24th inclusive. Time: 7 to 8.30pm each evening. Continued support throughout the programme Free 30 minutes private session to help to keep you on track. Venue: Online and in-house Ananta Yoga Studio, 5 Wentworth Place, Wicklow. Cost: €120 per person. Optional online Meditation Practice will take place on Monday evenings from 7.30 to 8pm.
