Freada McGoldrick – Living Lightly Freada has been practicing Mindfulness and Meditation for over 20 years. Whether it's working privately or on one of her programmes, clients say they enjoy her patience, gentleness and humour and experience profound changes in theirlives after working with her.
Freada enjoys working withpeople from all areas of life, because lets's face it, we all facelifechallenges at different times.She alsohas a special interest in workingwith parents and carers supporting bothchildren and adults living with Mental Health difficulties.

Mindfulness shows us the possibility of meeting our challenges in a healthy way so that we can grow and flourish in our lives. Through self kindness, self-care and compassion we make good choices for our physical and Mental wellbeing. Of course this has an impact on our life and our relationships, especially the relationship with ourselves"
Training Freada is an Associate Teacher with the Centre for Mindfulness Ireland.Shecompleted her Mindfulness Based StressReduction training with Centre forMindfulness in Medicine, Health Care andSociety, University of Massachusetts.
Along with deliveringMindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programmes, she also deliversIntroductory and Exploring Mindfulness programmesalong with One-day events.She has also developed her own “Four Principles ofInner Peace” and “Taming TheMonkey Mind” programmes which are very successful.
As well as her trainingin Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Freada hastrained in Neuro LinguisticProgramming and the Mythoself ®Process withApplied Behavioural Technologies.She teaches Mindful Movement and at the start of her working life, sheworked for many years building confidencein children and young adultsthrough Drama. She has worked and trained inIreland, UK, India, Sweden andUSA.
Freada adheres to theprofessional guidelines in accordance with the Centre forMindfulness for goodteaching practice, with a view to delivering excellence toindividuals andparticipants on her courses and individual sessions.
