Self Care for Health & Well Being
This 5 week programme brings a wealth of Calm and Ease to your daily routine. With a little practice everyday and a weekly check-in to assist you on your journey, we endeavour to make this programme a gentle transition into a more Mindful Way of Living.
During this Programme we explore:
Week 1. Simple Awareness, Meditation, Mindfulness and Somatic Movement
Week 2. How to manage stress and stay calm.
Week 3. Skills and practices to soothe a racing mind.
Week 4. Changing perception and making good choices for your happiness and well-being.
Week 5. Communication with others and the way you communicate with yourself
Programme includes short meditation, mindfulness and movement home practices. And we have some fun along the way!
