The Power of Mindfulness - Incorporating Mindfulness into your Everyday Life for Calm and Well-Being
This 6 week programme aims to provide participants with the necessary support and guidance to easily integrate Mindfulness into their daily life from the beginning.
Included in this programme are weekly handouts, audio meditations, the option to join a 30 minute online meditation practice once a week and now a new addition to this programme, a 30 minute private session.
This programme is suitable if you want to:

Each week builds on the previous week and the experience of daily Mindfulness grows. And of course we have some fun along the way!
