Exploring Mindfulness If you want to explore:
What Mindfulness and Meditation is all about?
Take home simple techniques to feel more balanced and at ease during daily challenges?
Or just experience the luxury of taking time out just for yourself.
This short introduction may just be for you. This programme is run over three weeks, each class is one hour in length and cost is €65 to include a short audio meditation for home practice and short handout each week.

Slow Down Sunday Morning - JOY by Zoom Enjoy a morning of practice. A great way to ease into your Sunday. During these sessions we move with ease through a combination of Meditations and Mindfulness Practices. Our next session is on Sunday Morning the 16th August 10am to 11.15am. All are welcome. If you have a friend that may be interested or benefit, this session is suitable for beginners as well as those who have a practice and wish to refresh.
