Our longer Taming The Monkey Mind (9 hour programme over 6 weeks) and 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme (26 Programme with an integration day) are suitable for those who want to delve a little deeper.

What happens each evening? We begin with Meditation to stop, to breathe and settle in. During the body of the class Mindfulness is explored within the context of your everyday activities. Slow Down Sunday Morning - 7th March 2021. Theme: Tending to your Thoughts and Challenging Negative Thinking During these sessions we move through a combination of Meditations and Mindfulness Practices. Inspirational stories and a some journaling. A great way to ease into your Sunday morning and take some practice into the week ahead. No experience necessary.
