A great way to ease into your Sunday. Suitable for all. During these sessions we move with ease through a combination of Meditations and Mindfulness Practices. All are welcome. If you have a friend that may be interested or benefit, this session is suitable for beginners as well as those who have a practice or wish to refresh.
3 TAMING THE MONKEY MINDwww.mindfulme.ie/taming-the-monkey-mind.html This programme is a really great way to bring practical, everyday Mindfulness into your life. What's makes this programme special is that it is tailored just for you.
Mindfulness practices are designed to be incorporated into your day, in a way that is easy and manageable. Informal Practices such as Mindful Listening, Mindful Eating, Mindful Movement, Mindful Communication and more are explored, experienced and integrated over the six weeks. You are provided with the option of 10, 20 or 30 minutes of the various meditation practices, depending on what is appropriate for you. (see more on this programme at Calendar and Events Pages) When: Tuesday evenings, starting 12th February - 12th March. Time: 8pm - 9.15pm. Cost: €100 to include audio meditations and course handouts.
