In January we begin our "Taming the Monkey Mind" Programme and we have our First Slow Down Sunday for 2020
These will take place in The Ananta Yoga Studio, 5, Wentworth Place, Wicklow. A little oasis of peace and calm overlooking The Old Abbey in Wicklow Town.

When we discover and practice Mindfulness and Meditation we have the opportunity to quietly connect with our inner wisdom. We begin to make good decisions for our life from a place of love and compassion.
