Each week hasbeen carefully crafted tobuild on the previous week and bring more aspectsof Mindful Living in yourdaily life, so you can truly benefit as the weeks go by.
Each week we come intoFormalMindfulness and Informal Mindfulness. Formal Mindfulness simply means we intentionally stop and take time out to experience meditation during each class. Over the eight weeks different meditations are explored and the recommendation is to practice these at home between classes. With several differentmeditations onoffer, over our time together, participants often settle onmeditations that suitthem personally.
Informal mindfulness iswhere we explore Mindful practices that we find in our everyday life, examples are,Mindful Eating, MindfulListening, Mindful Communication and others.Wethen explore these practices between classes.This gives us anopportunity to build on our personal practice during our day to day living. Having the structure of the eight weeks meansthere is plenty of time for feedback and input.
