Living Lightly one and half day events are gentle in nature and centred around the various practices of Mindfulness.
Slow Down Sunday Mornings - fourth Sunday of each month from September. This programme will take a slightly different format this year to include more spiritual readings from Mindful teachers such as Thich Nhat Hanh, Tara Brach and many others, as guides to help us be more mindful and peaceful in the middle of stormy times.

2pm – 4.00pm Meditation, Mindful Movement (no experience necessary) For calm, focus & to rebalance body and soul
