One to one sessions allow flexibility to set up a programme to suit your particular needs and lifestyle. Practices are tailored to be incorporated into your daily routine in a way that is manageable for you.
A programme of 6 sessions is recommended. Each session lasts an hour and you will be introduced to formal and informal practices and techniques that you can draw on to maintain a sense of balance, manage stress healthily and connect with yourself.
Informal Practices: These are introduced each week into your daily routine. This helps to develop familiarity with being actively mindful as you go about your day and to build an ongoing resilience and balance.
Formal Practices: This is where you commit to a certain amount of time everyday to meditate.
Meditations are approx 15, 20 or 30 minutes depending on your particular needs and what you can commit to. This may change over the course of the sessions depending on what is manageable for you.
