One to one coaching is suitable for those who prefer a more personal setting. Each session is typically one hour and four to six sessions are recommended.
During these sessions we develop a programme suitable to your specific needs. Home practice meditations are provided and a Mindfulness practice that you will have for life. We also develop your own personal self-care programme.
