How does this work? Depending on your lifestyle, availability or preference to work individually, one to one coaching may just be for you.
Initially, a call or meeting is set up to see if Mindfulness coaching is suitable for your particular needs. If so, we proceed from here. A Mindfulness programme will be tailored for you depending on what it is you want for yourself. Audio meditations will be supplied to suit your lifestyle and practical techniques for everyday stressful situations.
The initial session is typically an hour and a half and subsequent sessions are an hour. Six sessions are recommended.
