Initially, a call or meeting is set up to see if Mindfulness coaching is suitable for your particular needs. If so, we proceed from here.
A Mindfulness programme will then be tailored for you. Audio meditations and everyday Mindfulness practices will be explored and implemented to help you reduce stress and increase calm and well-being.
The initial session is typically an hour and a half and subsequent sessions are an hour. While six to eight sessions are recommended, the amount of sessions is entirely at your discretion, this is, after all, about you.
