Taming The Monkey Mind takes into account your lifestyle and provides you with manageable skills, techniques and practices to assist your journey to a more mindful way of living.
So What Can You Expect? Each week builds on the previous week. We begin each class by exploring various meditation practices, this provides an opportunity to stop, to breathe and settle in. Meditations for home practice are 10, 20 or 30 minutes depending on what is manageable for you.
During the body of the class Mindfulness is explored within the context of our everyday activities. Mindful Eating, Mindful Movement, Mindful Communication and more are experienced and explored during the class and and then integrated into our day-to-day routine between classes, for it is here that we all experience most of our life challenges...and of course we have some fun along the way!!
