So What Can You Expect? We begin each class with a meditation practice, this provides an opportunity to stop, to breathe and settle in.
During the body of the class Mindfulness is explored within the context of your everyday activities. Between each class there is opportunity to integrate the various practices into your day-to-day routine. A certain portion of the class each week is dedicated to how the practices are working for you day to day and if necessary alter them so that you can get maximum value...and of course we have some fun along the way!!
