Mindfulness with Freada
Mindfulness teaches us how to cultivate a sense of calm in the moment. This allows us to prioritise our health and well-being through focussed and conscious decision-making.
For over 26 years, Freada has dedicated herself to researching and teaching clients to cultivate inner peace, calm, and focus amid the various facets of their daily life.
Drawing from her extensive training, personal practice and meticulous attention to what works, she guides clients to empower themselves to incorporate Mindfulness practices into their life. She says these practices teach how to cultivate a sense of calm in the moment and prioritise our health and well-being through focussed and conscious decision-making. She is acommitted to supporting her clients during her programmes.
Freada works with people from all areas of life and empowers course participants and clients to bring more ease into their relationships, work, and areas they might struggle with.
