Mindfulness and Health
Scientific research has shown that regular meditation practice can lead to structural changes in the brain, reducing anxiety and stress while increasing calmness, focus, and decision-making abilities. Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, a renowned expert in mindfulness, has developed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program, which is recommended by healthcare professionals worldwide as a means to reduce stress and improve overall health and wellbeing. 

Mindfulness and meditation practices have been widely recognised for their positive effects on Mental health and well-being. Scientific research has shown that regular meditation practice can lead to structural changes in the brain, reducing anxiety and stress while increasing calmness, focus, ease and decision-making abilities. These practices empower people to take an active role in boosting and maintaining health.

Dr. Jon Kabat Zinn, a renowned expert in mindfulness, has developed the MindfulnessBased Stress Reduction Programme, which is recommended by healthcare professionals worldwide to reduce stress and as a means to self-care.

Mindfulness and Meditation is something people can learn to practice daily.  It serves as a direct means of self-care for patients and clients and encourages and empowers people to learn practical ways to attend to themselves and their health and well-being.
